Cleveland's Premier Networking Event

Movers and shakers of Ohio’s entertainment industry will be networking on Friday,  August 23rdf.  This year’s event will be held at the Willoughby Masonic Lodge in beautiful downtown Willoughby and is hosted annually by Schmooze Ohio, LLC in association with HobbsStyle Casting & Production.

Cleveland, Ohio is a bustling city for film.  Because of our healthy tax-incentive program for production companies, various landscapes and ability to attract talent; our film industry continues to grow by leaps and bounds.  Schmooze Ohio is a non-profit organization dedicated to further spring-boarding the movement through training and events.

“Attendees can expect to build individual brands, make meaningful connections and gather information about the industry-at-large”, says Executive Director  Tina Hobbs. “There will be announcements of upcoming casting calls, industry news and movie trailers presented by local filmmakers as well as some amazing door prizes from our valued sponsors.” 

Featured filmmakers at the event in the past have included HWIC Filmworks, Trybal Productions , Media Design Imaging,  Low Spark Films, Berry Good Films and Skip Thomas Productions.
